This video addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just prior to Thotar will give you a taming Rod for a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar will provide you with a series of 3 taming rods, each one is different and permits you tame beasts in the orc hunter pet quest next order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

After getting done the taming Element of the Quest chain, you need to head to Orgrimmar and speak to Ormak Grimshot within the Valley of Honor as a way to unlock your pet handling abilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

Finally, remember to go More hints to the Pet Trainer and grab the Pet skills that you will have to give to your pet.
